Those who know me well know that I love tattoo's. As a teenager I couldn't wait to turn 18 so I could get a tattoo. My dad and uncle have tattoo's, my mum now has a tattoo, my brother and sister-in-law have tattoo's and my beautiful husband has tattoo's. I have found them to be addictive and I intend to get more as well. Mind you when I got my first tattoo I was only 17 years old and I now have 15 little pieces of artwork adorning my body.
But part of my transformation has led my to want to get rid of the 2nd tattoo I ever got. A lizard on my breast is not cooperating with current fashion. I am also getting my breasts lifted and enlarged and do not want a goanna on my newly enhanced chest. I have researched and found that it is quite expensive to get laser treatment to remove a tattoo. I am now trying a tattoo removal cream. It is the cheapest, most painless form of tattoo removal. The only downside is that it can take up to 12months for the tattoo to disappear. I have been using the cream for 2 months now and I am pretty sure that I can see a difference.
If it doesn't work I will go and see Ella Boffa as they do tattoo removal as well. I had made an appointment to see her but had to cancel.
So I have now seen Ella Boffa and had my first tattoo removal procedure. It hurt, it was stinging afterwards for ages and it is now really itchy. By it was worth it. I will be going back in 8 weeks to have another treatment and it could take 6 tries to get rid of it. Aparently Green is the hardest colour to remove from the skin as it is stored deep in the skin. Who would have through a light green lizard would be so hard to remove.
