So with the birth of our fourth and final child comes the process of getting rid of the excess baby kilo's. Luckily I came out of hospital weighing the same as when I came out of hospital with my third baby. Mind you did I did lose any weight after our third child...
I started by just cutting out any junk and eating good whole foods. This was not enough and I needed a kick start. I then tried Isowhey shakes. These are great for other people but for me not so good. I have a weak digestive system. My hubby refers to it as a 'Puss Gut'. No lactose, sugar, pork products, orange juice, caffeine...you name it I have a sensitivity to it. So a whey based shake, even made with lactose free milk, can have a negative effect over time.
Then while watching ACA I saw Dr Tickell talking about 'Weight it Up'. I signed up and checked it out and LOVE IT. Just easy whole foods and delicious too.
I have gone from 110.3kgs to 103.5kgs and want to be down to double digits for Christmas.
I have also joined the gym as an Aquatic Member. I have been going for swims and joining in the Deep Water Exercise classes. In the new year I will change to a full membership and join in the aerobics classes.
The only hurdle for me at the moment is the PMS that has kicked in today. I am craving everything in sight and have just baked an Anzac Slice.....
